Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are sent via USPS. Larger orders may ship via UPS or FedEx. Shipping methods are determined solely of the discretion of Dynasty Brands. Shipping weights and costs are calculated at checkout for your convenience. Most orders leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. We ARE NOT liable for delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and CANNOT be guaranteed. If for some reason we cannot ship your products within thirty (30) days, we will provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery. We may also offer you a substitute of goods (at our discretion) to maintain your order. International orders are subject to delays in Customs. Please note that all International orders are packed and labeled per USPS requirements before leaving our warehouse and we are not liable for such delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Orders that experience errors in shipping or order processing may qualify for a refund. If you have received an incorrect product due to a shipping or order processing error, please contact our offices within 5 business days of receipt. If your return is approved a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and you will asked to return the product back to our warehouse. Once the item is received, we will verify that the contents are unwashed, unworn and accurate to the description of the claim before a refund is issued.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices we show on this site are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are not included in the product prices, but all such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payments (including shipping and handling charges) must be received through our payment terminal prior to shipping. We will not accept COD, cash, money orders or personal checks. The following methods of payment are allowed through the payment terminal: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex.All offers and promotions are not intended to be used in combination with any other discounts unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
