Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are sent via USPS. Larger orders may ship via UPS or FedEx. Shipping methods are determined solely of the discretion of Dynasty Brands. Shipping weights and costs are calculated at checkout for your convenience. Most orders leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. We ARE NOT liable for delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and CANNOT be guaranteed. If for some reason we cannot ship your products within thirty (30) days, we will provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery. We may also offer you a substitute of goods (at our discretion) to maintain your order. International orders are subject to delays in Customs. Please note that all International orders are packed and labeled per USPS requirements before leaving our warehouse and we are not liable for such delays.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Orders that experience errors in shipping or order processing may qualify for a refund. If you have received an incorrect product due to a shipping or order processing error, please contact our offices within 5 business days of receipt. If your return is approved a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and you will asked to return the product back to our warehouse. Once the item is received, we will verify that the contents are unwashed, unworn and accurate to the description of the claim before a refund is issued.


Pricing & Promotions

All prices we show on this site are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are not included in the product prices, but all such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payments (including shipping and handling charges) must be received through our payment terminal prior to shipping. We will not accept COD, cash, money orders or personal checks. The following methods of payment are allowed through the payment terminal: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex.All offers and promotions are not intended to be used in combination with any other discounts unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.

We have taken several steps to ensure that your personal information is highly secure. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. We also use state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. ?If you’d rather not give us your credit card information online, you can always place an order by calling our offices. Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to furnish materially equivalent substitutions for materials, which cannot be obtained in sufficient quantities, or to cancel the excess portion of the order. We shall not be in default if delivery is delayed or rendered impossible by forces of nature, war, civil commotion, governmental action, terrorism, fire, storm, flood, explosion, strikes, walkouts, other industrial disturbances, utility, services or transportation interruptions, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. We may revise or modify products, product information or pricing without notice. We are not responsible for typos, fax or printing errors. These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California, United States of America, for contracts to be executed and fully performed therein and notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. The parties specifically disclaim application of the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in the State of California in connection with any dispute between you and Company arising out of these Terms and Conditions or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms and Conditions each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Sale or pertaining to the subject matter thereof will be in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use. You irrevocably waive all rights to bring or participate in any class action suits or claims regarding the matters related hereto. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. To the extent a purchase order, confirmation letter, or other communication is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will govern, unless expressly agreed in writing otherwise by an executive officer of the Company (i.e., regular employees cannot bind the Company).
